EnterWorks - ETT 069 - How to use the EPX Callout BIC SQL Send Email

How to use the SQL Send Email activity in EPX workflows to send e-mails with dynamic content to one or more recipients based on the contents of one or more repositories.  Example use cases include:

• Reminder that Certificate of Insurance is about to or already has expired
• Request to update contact, images, and logo information
• Request to provide documents for a set of products
• Request to provide missing or incorrect information for a set of products
• Send e-mail blast to select set of Vendors/Suppliers
• Send e-mail to workflow participants to remind them of pending actions

The content of the e-mail (To:, From:, Subject, and Body) can contain dynamic information obtained from the work item or the results in the query, and file attachments can optionally be included.
