EnterWorks - ETT 098 - How to Perform Large-Scale Promotions in Batches Automatically

The promotion of records from Staging to Production can interfere with other operations within the EnterWorks application.  The larger the promotion (in terms of records), the greater the likelihood of interference.  By using a combination of a Scheduled Export and Promotion, coupled with a stored procedure, large promotions can be broken into smaller batches automatically, reducing the overall impact the promotion operation has on the EnterWorks application.  This provides the details on how to configure batch promotions.
