About this course

The EPX BIC log file grows continuously - if the services are left running long enough, the file will grow to the point that it cannot be opened with a text editor.  Knowledge Base article "How to Access the EPX BIC Log File When Too Large to Open in Text Editor" can be followed to extract a designated number of lines from the end of the file using a PowerShell command, but this is mainly useful when needing to access the most-recent entries in the log file.  The only way to ensure the BIC log file content is always accessible is to periodically stop and restart the EPX services.  This session provides step-by-step instructions for how to configure an EnterWorks environment so EPX is automatically restarted on a periodic basis.

Prerequisites - ETT 109
