Business Rules, Record Deletions
When records are deleted by users in the EnterWorks UI, other records, such as Production (when deleting Staging), or linked records are not automatically deleted. Such deletions must be configured as part of the implementation. This explains why the deletions are not automatic and what options are available to configure automatic deletions, which are:
- Change Notifications & Transformations
- Scheduled Exports
- EPX Workflows
- REST API calls
