About this course

EnterWorks automated processing in Scheduled Jobs and workflows may produce unique saved sets that grow over time.  Users may also create saved sets for various purposes but not remove them once they are no longer needed.  Having large numbers of saved sets in a repository will impact the performance of the UI, make it harder to find other saved sets without searching and may cause errors in the UI.  It is often the case that the auto-generated saved sets are not needed for very long and can be removed after several days.

This session shows how to use an available SQL Stored Procedure in conjunction with a Scheduled Export to automate the removal of these older saved sets.

Prerequisites - EBU 105, EBC 100
