EnterWorks - ETT 132 - How to Set Up Shortcuts to View Repository Records Using Dynamically Generated Saved Sets

The Shortcut widget can be used to display records from a repository using a saved search or saved set to determine what records from that repository are to be displayed.  A common "filter" is to show the records that have been created or updated in some specified number of days.  By default, Saved Sets are static and require someone or something to update them.  Saved Searches are dynamic but are limited by what can be defined in a search or may be hampered from a performance perspective with complex searches.

This session shows how to set up a Scheduled Export to dynamically maintain a saved set that is subsequently used in the Shortcut widget.
