This two-day Advanced MapInfo Pro course delves into spatial data creation and analysis.
Our Advanced Mapinfo Pro course builds upon the lessons learnt in the introduction to MapInfo® Pro course.
Main focus areas:
- Capture of spatial information using heads up digitizing.
- Update, edit map features. Identify and remove spatial errors.
- Registration of raster images.
- Geocoding – turning address information to points on the ground.
Learners will explore MapInfo® Pro’s visualization, analysis and presentation capabilities in more detail. This involves extensive use of Thematic Mapping, SQL and Update Column as well as other forms of visualization and analysis. Explore a variety of different analytical possibilities.
