Repeating fields that are assigned to code sets will have each value validated against the code set automatically, but attributes with custom drop-down selection lists are not validated in the same way. A bulk callout validation rule must be defined to compare each value in the delimited list against the source for the drop-down list. This shows how to configure such a validation rule.
