About this course

New records can be copied from individual records in each repository.  The copy will have all the same values except one of the primary keys will be blank.  In cases where multiple repositories are linked together and a complete set of records need to be copied, manually copying each record is tedious and error-prone.  The Clone function provides the ability to copy the set of related records together (a deep copy) so the copied records are linked to each other but not to the original set of records.  This explains how this process works, how to configure and use it, and what are its limitations.

Prerequisites - EBC 204, EBC 205
