Data 360 DQ+ Case management Training builds upon the foundational knowledge and skills acquired in Data360 DQ+ Fundamentals training course. This is an add-on module and the pre-requisite is to complete the DQ+ Fundamentals training. 

  • Module 1 | Configure Case Stores
    • Create Case Stores and customize the user interface screens that will enable Case Workers to easily search and view exception-related errors within a case.
  • Module 2 | Create the Workflow and complete the Analysis
    • Create a visual representation of the case lifecycle and add elements to your analysis that will generate the case store data and the database data store data.
  • Module 3 | Work on Cases
    • Access the Case Store and view associated detail records. Take a case or assign a case and transition cases.
    • Collaborate with other users by Add notes, annotations, comments and attachments to a case.
